Remote Intake Client Specialist - Immediate Hire

• Location: Fully remote (must be located in Iowa)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Intake Client Specialist to join our team. As an Intake Client Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing incoming documents, creating new clients, and updating existing clients in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Key Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming Medical Service Authorizations and medical paperwork to create new clients, update existing clients, and close accounts as needed
• Correspond with Agency Case Managers via email, phone, and State Portal Messaging to resolve action items and gather necessary information
• Troubleshoot and resolve account issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with internal business partners, including Logistics, Customer Care, Billing, and Compliance
• Provide support to other departments for Intake-related inquiries

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Previous data entry experience
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college experience or equivalent
• Medical Billing terminology knowledge
