As an IT Audit Manager, you will oversee the completion of various IT internal audits and projects, ensuring the successful execution of our Internal Audit Plan. This is a remote opportunity based in California, offering a competitive salary range of $116,100/yr to $174,200/yr and a comprehensive benefits package.

In this critical role, you will utilize your expertise in internal auditing standards, IT governance, and regulatory compliance to identify opportunities for strengthening internal controls and mitigating IT risks. You will also monitor management's remediation efforts, conduct follow-up testing, and provide guidance on action plans. As a leader, you will supervise and develop staff, co-source third-party vendors, and maintain audit independence and objectivity in all assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and perform multiple IT-related audit activities and projects to support departmental goals and objectives
• Oversee and participate in audit planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring scope, quality, and timeliness of work performed
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with business process owners and management
• Manage issue follow-up, confirm action plan implementation, and participate in annual risk assessment and audit plan development
• Provide effective oversight of co-sourced IT audit providers and maintain organizational and professional ethics standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and minimum 6 years of IT audit and supervisory experience in the Financial Service industry
• Professional designation (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, CGEIT) required
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, and ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization
• Satisfactory computer and spreadsheet skills
