About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will:

• Respond to inbound calls and faxes from healthcare providers, addressing their queries and concerns regarding prior authorization approval
• Efficiently process fax requests and perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
• Collaborate with providers to create and manage requests for medical services, ensuring a positive and informative experience
• Follow established processes and guidelines to determine approved services, adhering to benefit plans and company policies
• Participate in special projects, promoting quality effectiveness and supporting the overall success of our Healthcare Services

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Reside in Arizona (within 2 hours of Phoenix)
• Possess computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, including Word and Excel
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: 1 year of call center experience, medical background (insurance or facility work)
