As a Global Client Support Associate, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional client support via email, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company values and services to potential clients
  • Assist with order management, including placement, adjustments, and cancellations
  • Handle payments, credits, and refunds with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with regional Global Client Support Managers to enhance the client experience and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the Global Client Support Manager to develop and implement tooling automations, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency
  • Provide support and guidance to team members and contractors, ensuring seamless decision-making and issue escalation
  • Proactively identify and address potential client pain points, fostering a positive and supportive client relationship
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with regional Delivery teams, ensuring a cohesive and client-centric approach

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and a keen interest in global culture, history, and art
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry
  • Strong digital proficiency, with experience in tools such as Front, Hubspot, Slack, and Google for Business suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive, Gmail)
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, international, tech-reliant environment, both independently and as part of a distributed team
  • A Bachelor's degree in the liberal arts or a related field is preferred
