We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Data Analyst to join our team in New York, USA. As a key member of our Data Analysis group, you will play a critical role in supporting the Endorser Tasks capability, responsible for the evaluation of supporter adjustments across the Disney Streaming portfolio, including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including SQL, data analysis, and communication skills. You will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications, identify affected subscribers, and collaborate with occurrence management, Business Operations, and trade designing to guarantee the integrity of our supporter adjustments and provide discounts when required.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Managing admission and record information requirements connected with supporter informing drives and episode remediation.
• Developing queries based on required business rationale to determine precise subscribers for informing and remediation.
• Communicating business requirements to technical teams and providing concise summaries of technical progress or detours to business partners.
• Developing a solid understanding of supporter adjustments and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information.
• Managing project planning and timelines and ensuring cross-functional delivery to prepare for significant business events.
• Driving alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks.
• Collaborating with Data Product and Data Quality Designing to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of work experience in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline.
• 2+ years of analytical experience.
• Proven ability to communicate technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences.
• Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages.
• Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
• Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

Good to have:

• Understanding of analytical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis).
• Postgraduate education.
