As a Clinical Implementation Project Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Indian Health Service (IHS) Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) program, known as PATH EHR. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of this program, ensuring seamless project execution, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform project management, administrative, and analytical tasks to support the IHS PATH EHR program
• Provide project coordination between teams, partners, and federal leadership to ensure contract deliverables and timelines are well-organized and running smoothly
• Interact with customers and industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements
• Manage and direct cross-competency teams, creating and managing project schedules, budgets, risk lists, communication plans, and lessons learned
• Prepare progress reports and briefs on project status and milestones, ensuring timely and effective communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of experience in project managing medium to large Oracle Health EHR implementations
• Strong expertise in Electronic Health Records (EHR), IT implementation, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational, time management, and team-building skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, following detailed written policies and procedures
