As an Account Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in managing a sales territory, building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, and crafting comprehensive solutions that meet their objectives and goals.

Job Highlights:

Job Purpose:

As an Account Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing a sales territory, developing strategic plans, and building positive relationships with key stakeholders, including Curriculum Directors, Coaches, Principals, and Superintendents. You will work closely with our internal teams, including Product, Success, Marketing, and Business Operations, to achieve territory goals and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and develop sales opportunities in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Curriculum Directors, Coaches, Principals, and Superintendents
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualifying leads to closing deals, and collaborate with Account Managers and Renewal Account Managers to achieve territory goals
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Success, Marketing, and Business Operations, to drive business growth and achieve company objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of quota-bearing enterprise sales experience, preferably in the education market
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or Liberal Arts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches
  • Classroom teaching and K-12 Leadership and/or District Level Leadership Experience
