Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Seasonal Staffing Administrator to join our Amazon Hiring Team. As a key member of our Labor Force Staffing Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting our high-volume recruiting and staffing efforts for various locations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of Amazon's hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute recruiting events, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Assist candidates in navigating the hiring process, including application completion, background checks, and onboarding
  • Conduct interviews to determine the best fit for candidates and available opportunities
  • Utilize the Candidate Tracking system to manage candidate workflows and ensure timely follow-up
  • Meet critical deadlines for background screening, drug testing, and employment verification
  • Collaborate with Hiring Coordinators to conduct routine audits and analyze metrics
  • Participate in candidate engagement activities, such as attending job fairs and community events
  • Resolve candidate issues and remove barriers to hiring
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure 100% compliance with employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn multiple platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and travel up to 75% locally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of administrative tasks, such as data entry and report management
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, customer-focused environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills, with ability to create pivot tables and mail merges
  • Experience with Candidate Tracking systems or other tracking and reporting systems
