  • Prior customer service experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new technologies.
