salary: $16.49 - $16.5 per hour shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 9 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls pertaining to customers benefits, troubleshooting website issues, and making call backs as needed.
  • Leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support. This may include assisting the caller in navigating the system as well.
  • Actively listening to participants to understand both verbal and non-verbal cues.
  • Fully and accurately documenting all conversations and actions taken on each interaction.
  • Answer inbound phone calls pertaining to the status of an application or general customer inquires.

The essential functions of this role include:
