We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our 2022 Region Management Trainee Program. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the Toyota Field Organization and develop the skills necessary to become a future leader in our company. This 18-month program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our business and prepare you for a successful career in management.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop customized trend reports to analyze market trends and dealer performance
- Analyze, monitor, and track region/district/dealer customer satisfaction performance trends
- Assist with monthly and yearly sales plans and market condition analysis
- Coordinate and execute on-site events and communicate strategies to all departments
- Shadow Field Travelers and consult with our dealer network to help develop their business
- Build relationships with dealers to assist with their goals and objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to create reports that analyze market trends and dealer performance
- Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate
