We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Orthodontic Sales Representative to join our team in Southern California. As a key member of our North American Commercial Team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing profitable relationships with targeted orthodontic and dental practices.

Job Summary:

The Orthodontic Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales objectives by developing and maintaining relationships with orthodontic and dental practices, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a remote position based in Southern California, with a focus on the Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and maximize revenue within a defined geographic area
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers
  • Create and execute territory business plans, sales forecasts, and sales promotion activity budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives
  • Represent the company at customer events, trade shows, and educational events
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, clinical studies, and scientific papers supporting our products
  • Utilize sales tools, such as CRM, to plan and measure sales activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets
  • Prior sales experience with orthodontists and dentists is strongly preferred
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and present complex information
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with a strong focus on integrity, ethics, and professional conduct
  • Proficiency in consultative selling, with knowledge of the Challenger technique or related methods
  • General computer efficiency, including ability to operate CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and auto insurance coverage
