Primary Care Nurse (RN or LPN) - Hybrid Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Care Nurse to join our team at Mercy in Springfield, MO. As a hybrid remote role, you will have the opportunity to work from home after completing onsite training in the Springfield area. Job Summary

The Primary Care Nurse will be responsible for completing triage, identifying abnormal patient symptoms, and notifying physicians or providing treatment according to standard Primary Care developed protocols. You will also assist with EPIC in-basket management, input orders, and aid providers and clinical care teams.

Qualifications

For LPNs:

• Diploma in Practical Nursing
• Active LPN license
• 2-3 years of experience preferred

For RNs:

• Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, or Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN)
• Active RN license
• 2-3 years of experience preferred
