We're seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team at LINQM, a leading Healthtech SaaS company. As a trusted advisor, you'll partner with our clients to drive maximum value from their investments, leading to project success, renewal, and expansion. This is a remote opportunity based in the USA, offering the flexibility to work from home.

In this role, you'll have a direct impact on our company's growth, working closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, technical success, and product. You'll lead consultative conversations with clients, understand their business needs, and help them maximize the value they get from our solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of clients, ensuring excellent customer experience and identifying opportunities for expansion
  • Build and foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and driving business outcomes
  • Evangelize client success stories, systems, and processes, articulating client use cases, value, and expansion opportunities
  • Advocate for clients internally, sharing feedback and insights to inform product development, engineering, support, marketing, and sales strategies
  • Drive account health, product adoption, renewals, growth, referrals, and client satisfaction, maintaining a trusted advisor status

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer success, with a technical product
  • Sophisticated business sense, with a deep understanding of clients' businesses and underlying drivers
  • Proven track record of leading technical conversations, persuading others, and driving results
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and operating skills, with experience building account plans and handling difficult customer situations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, navigating data and people to find answers
  • Strong understanding of our business and products, with the ability to research and self-start

Desired Experience:

  • Prior experience at a growth-stage internet/software company
  • Familiarity with the Healthtech industry and SaaS start-ups
