We're seeking a highly motivated and client-centered Aetna Account Manager to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional support and guidance to drive business growth and success.

Job Details:

  • Salary: $20 - $30/hour

Job Summary:

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing or customer support environment, or in a previous Account Manager role
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Web applications
  • Strong motivation to learn and grow with the organization
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, handling multiple tasks and needs on a continuous basis
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently in a high-speed and changing workplace with rapid feedback
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines with multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively with different functional areas
  • Ability to exercise professional judgment in anticipating, analyzing, and resolving client issues
  • Ability to creatively solve problems while managing a large number of variables where standard solutions do not exist
  • Ability to analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and business communications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry (desirable but not required)
  • Experience working with various intranet and extranet systems, CRM, or settlement platforms (e.g., SalesForce, Peoplesafe, AS400 system knowledge, etc.)
