Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through chat support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Guide customers through their insurance plans, answering questions and offering support as needed
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Upsell additional services or products to customers as needed
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and actions taken
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery

  • Ability to multitask efficiently and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Technical proficiency, with comfort using various online tools and platforms
