Job Overview The Program Manager-New Product Development is a senior level position responsible for the development and implementation of large and complex project(s) and the single point of contact for assigned projects.   • Setting project scope and objectives, defining milestones, creating the project plan, and managing the execution, implementation, and closure of the project.
  • Coordinating across multiple functional areas to successfully complete complex new product development programs from ideation to Launch.
  • Establish and control the project schedule and budget to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
  • Monitoring and reporting project statuses to team and assessing results.
  • Identifying and escalating project risks to ensure timely mitigation
  • Maintaining and enhancing good internal and external customer relations by providing reliable and prompt communications to stakeholders with both written and verbal excellence

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
  • 8+ years of experience with project/program management.
  • New product development experience preferred.
  • PMI PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong comprehensive knowledge of business systems and applications, such as Microsoft Project required.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes across all functional areas is preferable with a good working knowledge of how Master Data is critical to effective business process execution.
