Overview: We are seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition Manager with experience hiring successful e-Discovery sales reps to join the team at IST Management. This is a full time, direct hire position.

Overview

Qualified candidates for the Executive Talent Acquisition Manager role have a 10-15+ year history of recruiting and hiring successful e-Discovery and Litigation Support sales executives at organizations utilizing Relativity selling project-based work. Candidates/hires you produce will be considered viable if currently selling work in Relativity at an e-Discovery provider. They’ll have a book of at least 1M per year in processing and hosting work, confidence in their ability to port over business in months 3-4 of employment, and the drive to earn big. You’ll take them through the recruiting cycle from first-touch to offer acceptance. KPIs and Expectations for the Executive Talent Acquisition Manager

  • 3+ qualified hires per year into the Regional Vice President, eDiscovery role
  • First placement inside first 3 months employment
  • Adherence to reporting and activity policies
  • Weekly meeting attendance

Compensation

Compensation for this position will be dependent upon performance and experience during the interview process. Will include competitive base salary and bonus program, in addition to full benefits options.

Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years’ experience successfully and steadily hiring into high-level sales positions at e-Discovery provider organizations utilizing Relativity is required for consideration
  • A strong network of previous hires and peers in the e-Discovery and Litigation support industry
  • Mastery of full-cycle recruiting and interviewing; comfort using ATS and CRM systems
  • Adaptability and attention to detail
  • US authorization to work for any employer; high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to sit/look at computer screen for extended periods of time
