See what it's like to work at GROWMARK: https://youtu.be/CSVMnKCySsY Purpose And Summary Statement This position provides support for recruiting technology initiatives within the Recruiting/Human Resources department. The role will assist with projects focused on system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements related to SuccessFactors and other recruiting technologies. Essential Job Functions

  • Supports recruiting technology projects and system enhancements
  • Assists with testing and validating SuccessFactors integrations
  • Collaborates with HRIS and Recruiting Marketing Analyst on cross-functional initiatives
  • Helps update and optimize recruiting technologies and workflows
  • Contributes to documentation and process improvements

Other Job Functions

  • Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, HIPAA Compliance, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, including prior SuccessFactors and recruiting experience
  • Previous GROWMARK System experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to take direction, communicate professionally, and handle customer/employee inquiries with excellence, urgency & care
  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
