SAP Implementation Lead – Sales & Distribution

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Implementor to deliver end-user training, provide first-level support, and assist with documentation of SAP SD processes. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on SAP SD experience and excellent communication skills. It's strongly preferred that this individual have experience in the retail or fashion industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) processes, troubleshooting user issues and ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct end-user training on SAP SD transactions and processes, both in-person and remotely.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with business teams to analyze sales, order management, and distribution requirements, and communicate them clearly to the implementation team.
• Support system testing (unit, integration, UAT), including test planning, execution, and documentation of results.
• Assist with SAP SD configuration requirements under the guidance of senior consultants or the project lead.
• Participate in data preparation and migration activities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in information systems, business analytics, or a related field, including at least 3 years of hands-on SAP SD experience (configuration and support), as well as prior supervisory/leadership experience. Solid understanding of SAP SD business processes, such as order-to-cash, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management
• Proven experience delivering SAP SD end-user training
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for different levels of users and management, in the US and globally

This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our Secaucus, NJ office PAY RATE: $90,000/yr-$123,00/yr At Delta Galil, we strive to hire and nurture amazing talent.
