Your Role at Delta Faucet Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Strategic Account Manager – Builder to lead key relationships with national and regional builder accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and brings a strong mix of strategic thinking, financial insight, and digital fluency. If you enjoy building structure in evolving systems, influencing decisions, and managing large accounts with autonomy, this role is for you. No two days are the same—you’ll be analyzing financials, negotiating contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams and building client relationships. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact work with visibility and growth potential. You'll gain cross-functional exposure, operate with autonomy, and help shape the future of our builder channel strategy. The role requires 50% travel, with the incumbent being located within an hour of a major airport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large builder relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue, profitability, and share growth.
  • Use Salesforce, Excel, and analytics tools to manage pipeline, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage deal execution with a focus on ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal partners in marketing, finance, supply chain, and customer service to ensure aligned execution.
  • Serve as a customer advocate, building trust with senior leaders, design teams, and field influencers.
  • Operate with agility and initiative in environments with limited structure or resourcing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree along with strategic sales experience, ideally in building products or construction. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with company associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents, and sales staff.
  • Experience managing complex, high-value accounts and influencing at the executive level.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills. Ability to analyze data and trends and develop insights that creates a competitive advantage and improves customer retention and drives incremental revenue.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, including Salesforce and Excel, with a hands-on approach to managing your business.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and creatively solve problems independently as well as work in a team environment.
