This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering results. You’ll be responsible for expanding our presence within high-potential accounts, opening doors in adjacent markets, and helping ensure customers experience the full value of TASKI's intelligent cleaning solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement account growth strategies tailored to the UK market
  • Identify new sales opportunities within both existing clients and new prospects
  • Lead strategic account reviews and coordinate with regional and country teams to drive results
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Ensure a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction across all engagements
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration through Customer Leadership Teams (CLTs)
  • Manage your pipeline and forecasting through Salesforce, maintaining clear and accurate data
  • Act as a TASKI ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
  • Align TASKI’s solutions with customer needs to deliver impactful, measurable outcomes

What You’ll Bring

  • A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in facility management, cleaning solutions, or services
  • Strong commercial insight with the ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working in a matrix organization across multiple countries or functions
  • Competence with CRM tools such as Salesforce and a data-driven approach to pipeline management
  • High level of self-motivation, accountability, and results orientation
