  • Resolving client complaints, issues, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assisting customers during the check-in process and helping them with boarding procedures.
  • Handling customer-related requests, such as lost or damaged luggage, and baggage carousel strategies.
  • Tending to and resolving customer support-related issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with other departments within the airline to address complex customer requests or special requests.
  • Staying up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and industry regulations to provide accurate and reliable information to customers.
  • Utilizing computer systems and software tools to manage customer requests and update reservation data.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent. Some positions may require higher education or relevant experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to handle difficult or upset customers with patience and empathy.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays, as airlines operate 24/7.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and basic software applications for data entry and communication.
  • A customer-centric approach to delivering outstanding service.
  • The ability to work simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
