Key Responsibilities
Support daily travel operations by managing and updating online booking and flight information systems. Assist with scheduling coordination, flight adjustments, and passenger communications. Monitor and report discrepancies in travel data or digital systems. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all operational data remains accurate and up-to-date. Provide remote administrative assistance to the digital operations team, including recordkeeping and task tracking. Respond to support tickets or operational requests from other departments. Contribute to ongoing process improvements and digital efficiency projects. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in data entry, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment. Self-motivated and reliable with strong problem-solving abilities. Stable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace. Previous experience in data operations, administration, or travel coordination is a plus but not mandatory. Position Details Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Remote) Salary: $25 – $38 per hour (based on experience and performance) Schedule: Flexible hours available; weekend and evening shifts optional.
