Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to clients using our CRM and CallRail systems to provide timely and effective support.
  • Providing chat support to clients via our CRM, ensuring that their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining a professional and helpful attitude on all calls and chats, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborating with our internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Language Proficiency:

You must be completely fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with clients.

Call Center Experience:

Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Technical Requirements:

You must have a professional-grade headset and a stable, reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication with clients.

Availability:

You must be available to work 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
