Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional live chat and telephone support to our customers. As a key member of our customer service team, you will engage with customers, answer questions, provide information, and address concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through live chat to answer questions, provide information, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and understanding

Requirements and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, preferably in a retail or home improvement environment
  • Strong phone contact handling skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer concerns
