Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Chat Agent to join our team, responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails on behalf of arenaflex's customers in a timely manner. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages, providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses

• Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring timely and effective communication
• Identify and report system errors or anomalies, helping us to continuously improve our processes and systems
• Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour, meeting our productivity and performance standards
• Operate within multiple software platforms, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies
• Meet or exceed ERA (Email Response Accuracy) targets, with coaching and support provided to help you succeed

Education & Skills Required

* Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments

• High-speed internet access, ensuring reliable and fast connectivity
• High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving

We offer two flexible work schedule options to accommodate your needs and preferences: Option 1:

• Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)

Option 2:

• Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
