  • Troubleshooting & Resolving Issues: Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary, providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
  • Maintaining Customer Records: Document customer interactions, process accounts, and file relevant documents, following established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
