Job Summary
As an Associate Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, processing customer orders, handling inquiries, and resolving basic problems to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll be part of a global team that's dedicated to teamwork, collaboration, and empowerment.
Primary Responsibilities
* Respond to basic inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide customers with basic product and pricing information.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer orders using various software applications.
- Handle basic issues and complaints in a professional, courteous manner, while escalating complex issues to others.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide accurate and timely information to customers.

Compensation and Benefits
* The base pay for this position ranges from $16.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour depending on the geographic region.
- Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
