Key Responsibilities

As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing great customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in some cases, chat
  • Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Working with clients in the Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian markets
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in any of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian)
  • A good command of English
  • Passion and interest in customer service (previous experience is not required but valued)
  • Ability to work from one of our offices or from the comfort of your home within the Baltic region

Start Date and Working Hours

We're offering multiple start dates during 2025, and our working hours are flexible, with 8.5-hour shifts that may include both weekdays and weekends.

Location

You'll have the option to work from home within the Baltic region or from one of our offices in Riga, Tallinn, Tartu, or Daugavpils.
