Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on the 3rd shift, 11pm-7am. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing consumer loan applications, managing payment arrangements, and addressing customer inquiries. Your role will be crucial in facilitating loan approvals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, and upholding the integrity of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and support.

• Analyze and appraise loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process.
• Ensure precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining accurate and confidential customer records.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, providing solutions and support to customers, and handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy.
• Stay informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services, and maintain professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions.
• Meet and exceed monthly performance goals as established by management, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations with courtesy and calm.
• Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data.

* Previous experience in financial services or customer support.

Work Environment
