The Role

As a Customer Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our customer experience strategy, managing our outsourced customer service team, and driving business growth through data-led decision making. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with our senior leadership team to define and deliver best-in-class customer experiences
  • Managing our resource requirements to deliver exceptional service levels
  • Resolving complex customer problems that require escalation
  • Providing weekly and monthly business updates on the performance of the customer contact centre
  • Leading initiatives to improve the customer proposition during and after delivery
  • Delivering training to improve the performance of our care agents
  • Ability to deal with complex escalated customer issues
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • High energy with a proven ability to move at pace whilst remaining level-headed and calm
  • Ability to effectively utilize data to inform performance-enhancing strategies
  • A strong communicator and influencer with an ability to drive and deliver change management whilst maintaining stakeholder buy-in and relationship

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Manager with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a natural leader, with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity. Your skills and experience should include:

  • Proven experience in customer experience leadership, with a focus on driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively utilize data to inform decision making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change management
  • Experience in managing outsourced customer service teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional service levels
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of energy and a proven ability to move at pace
