Job Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer growth, retention, and expansion. You'll work closely with our account teams, product specialists, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with our customers' goals and objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategic relationships with our most valued customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Work closely with your account team on assigned accounts to ensure seamless communication and alignment

  • Develop deep understanding of your customers' business environments, objectives, and success drivers
  • Document how customers use our Mobius product and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Build strong relationships within customer accounts, fostering trust and loyalty
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to hold business reviews and develop strategic plans for customer growth and expansion
  • Partner with Product Specialists to host user trainings and ensure customers are getting the most out of our products
  • Work closely with Renewals to mitigate risks and improve processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with Retention Marketing to identify successful customers and develop case studies and advocacy programs
  • Manage the customer lifecycle journey, including onboarding, feedback loops, advocacy, risk management, and value campaigns
  • Utilize Gainsight to track engagement, opportunities, and derive insights to inform customer success strategies

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, with a proven track record of developing strategic customer relationships and working with Fortune 500 accounts

  • Strong empathy for customers and a genuine belief that their success translates into arenaflex's success
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Analytical and metrics-driven work style
  • Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Highly collaborative team player with the ability to build successful relationships with various stakeholders
  • Ability to manage challenging conversations internally and externally
  • Alignment with and consistent practice of arenaflex's core values of Empathy, Humanity, Trust, and Love
  • Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce preferred
  • Experience with Mobius preferred
