[Remote] HR Technology Consultant

The HR Technology Consultant role involves leading client engagements, translating their needs into actionable deliverables, and ensuring high standards of quality and compliance throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Translate client needs into actionable consulting deliverables and track progress against milestones
- Lead client workshops and internal planning sessions with structured facilitation
- Act decisively on client concerns and escalate when needed to protect engagement success
- Manage engagement milestones and ensure timely delivery of consulting outputs
- Ensure real-time visibility into engagement status through accurate system updates
- Communicate engagement health and strategic risks to leadership
- Ensure all client-facing and internal documentation meets quality and compliance standards
- Lead internal training sessions and mentor consultants on emerging trends and technologies
- Lead internal alignment sessions and contribute to strategic planning
- Lead market research and provider evaluations to inform client recommendations
- Set strategic direction for engagement teams and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Ensure project data is accurately maintained across internal systems (Salesforce, SharePoint)
- Provide strategic input on resource planning, including hours reporting and team allocation
Skills
- Proven track record of managing strategic client engagements and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 3 years of HR Tech or Brokerage experience
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to navigate various locations and settings of the company
