[Remote] Senior Program Manager – Workforce Solutions & MSP Operations

They are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead client services operations, drive program performance, and serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients managing complex contingent workforce programs.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client sponsors, hiring managers, procurement leaders, and key stakeholders
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client and supplier issues
- Conduct regular business reviews, governance meetings, and performance discussions
- Provide consultative workforce solutions guidance aligned with client business objectives
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that support growth, retention, and operational excellence
- Lead and manage all aspects of contingent workforce and MSP program operations
- Ensure achievement of all contracted service levels (SLAs), KPIs, and performance metrics
- Oversee requisition management processes utilizing Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction
- Manage supplier engagement strategies, performance reviews, and optimization initiatives
- Maintain full accountability for program profitability and P&L performance
- Monitor workforce spend, headcount trends, supplier performance, and program metrics
- Lead budget planning and financial reviews
- Develop cost-saving initiatives and workforce optimization strategies
- Directly manage Program Managers, Client Services Professionals, Coordinators, and support staff
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Conduct performance evaluations, career development planning, and coaching initiatives
- Translate organizational strategy into actionable goals and performance expectations
- Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, client policies, and workforce regulations
- Maintain program documentation, SOPs, governance materials, and audit readiness
- Oversee supplier compliance, system audits, and workforce governance initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience within: Workforce Solutions, Managed Service Provider (MSP) Programs, Contingent Workforce Management, Staffing Operations, Human Capital Solutions
- Proven experience managing operational and financial performance, including P&L accountability
- Experience leading onsite, remote, or enterprise workforce programs
- Strong consultative client-facing experience with senior-level stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years of experience utilizing Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
- Strong proficiency with: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visio
- Experience with leading VMS platforms and workforce management technologies
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary systems and reporting tools
- CCWP (Certified Contingent Workforce Professional) Certification
- Experience supporting enterprise-level contingent workforce programs
- Experience leading supplier management and workforce optimization initiatives
- Knowledge of workforce analytics, reporting, and dashboard development
