We are on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Call Center Representative to become an integral part of our dynamic team, working remotely. This role is pivotal in providing exemplary customer service and processing for account-based employee benefit plans. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for participants, financial advisors, and plan administrators... ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. This is a Direct-Hire position, welcoming you directly into our family with a starting pay of $19 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process and administer payments or claims, adhering to plan specifics, documentation requirements, and deadlines. Address inquiries and requests from account holders and participants promptly, aiming to surpass service level expectations and quality objectives. Execute both financial and non-financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Display adaptability and a collaborative spirit to meet the team and company goals. Uphold strict adherence to regulatory and company policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.

What We're Looking For

Successful completion of a PC literacy assessment. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for additional relevant education or experience. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus. At least 1 year of experience in a client service role within the financial sector is desirable. Familiarity with tax-advantaged accounts, insurance, or payment processing is beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with claims processing systems. The ability to remain composed and effective under pressure, addressing urgent customer needs. Exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills. A detail-oriented, flexible, and self-driven individual who can perform basic math. Additional Details Initial training will span the first 3-4 weeks, scheduled from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST.
