Quality Assurance Analyst III (Commercial Loan Document Review)

About the position The Quality Assurance Analyst III (Commercial Loan Document Review) is responsible for ensuring that service and department quality standards are met. This role involves conducting reviews of loan accuracy to identify and correct errors, thereby minimizing margin compression issues and reducing customer irritants related to booking errors. The position plays a crucial role in strengthening the risk profile and ensuring the accuracy of regulatory reporting, while also providing leadership and direction to less experienced staff.
