We're seeking a talented and creative full-time videographer/editor specializing in social media content creation. The primary focus will be producing engaging short-form vertical content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, while maintaining flexibility for occasional longer-form content opportunities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the artist and creative team to develop consistent, trending content that builds audience engagement while maintaining artistic vision. Note: This is a full-time position requiring dedication to a single artist. Must be willing to sign NDA and work exclusively with the project. Primary Responsibilities Content Creation & Filming • Create compelling daily social media content optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels • Film and edit weekly music release content according to project schedule • Capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments that build artist narrative • Generate multiple content options from single filming sessions • Maintain consistent visual aesthetic across all social platforms • Work within established creative direction while staying current with trends • Travel with artist for content creation opportunities Editing & Post-Production • Execute quick-turnaround edits for time-sensitive social content • Create trending transitions and effects that enhance engagement • Deliver multiple versions of content optimized for different platforms • Color grade footage to maintain visual consistency • Manage social content calendar and posting schedules • Archive and organize footage library • Create content batches for scheduled releases Technical Requirements • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects • Strong understanding of trending transitions and effects • Experience with mobile editing apps for quick content creation • Understanding of platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, length restrictions, etc.) • Capability to film in various lighting conditions while maintaining quality • Professional camera equipment suitable for run-and-gun shooting • Mobile editing setup for on-the-road content creation Required Experience & Skills • 2+ years experience creating social media content for artists or influencers • Proven track record of viral short-form content creation • Strong portfolio demonstrating engaging social media content • Experience maintaining consistent daily posting schedules • Deep understanding of current social media trends and best practices • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the fly • Valid passport and flexibility for occasional travel Ideal Qualities • Quick creative thinking and ability to capture spontaneous moments • Understanding of social media strategy and audience building • Experience working with music artists • Natural eye for engaging social content • Ability to balance artistic vision with trending content styles • Comfort with fluid schedules and quick turnarounds • Active knowledge of current social media trends and platform updates Equipment Requirements • Professional camera with vertical shooting capabilities • Lenses suitable for social content creation • Portable lighting kit for various environments • Laptop capable of efficient editing • Mobile filming equipment (gimbals, portable microphones, etc.) • Storage solutions for content library Additional Information • Position Location: Based in Utah with occasional travel required • Schedule: Full-time with flexible hours • Travel: 15-25% of time • Benefits: Competitive salary, health insurance • Start Date: Immediate Apply Job!
