Key Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual administrative assistance to American Express teams, including scheduling, email management, and file organization.
  • Manage customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues via email, chat, or phone with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with customer and operational data.
  • Assist with research tasks and other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with virtual tools like Zoom, Slack, or Trello.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant administrative or customer service experience.
  • Previous experience working remotely is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Part-time schedule of 20-25 hours per week, with flexible hours to accommodate your availability.
