We're on the hunt for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Experience Ambassador at Workwarp, a boutique marketing and consulting firm that partners with leading brands in the energy industry. As a champion of our clients' mission to promote equity and access to community-based clean energy sources, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll collaborate with our Senior Level Sales and Client Support teams to develop essential skills in sales and marketing, market analysis, client engagement, and customer support. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about building strong client relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through face-to-face collaborative presentations with customers, educating them on exclusive promotions and product benefits
  • Analyze consumer trends to identify potential customers and maximize sales opportunities, ensuring high customer retention rates through effective communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and quality control, to exceed business objectives and track performance standards
  • Support the development of new promotional materials by attending client meetings, analyzing product performance, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to enhance the customer experience, increase revenue, and maintain brand awareness

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client or customer-facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A strong desire to advance social equity and community programs, with a commitment to our clients' mission
  • Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
